About Shipping
After
you verify the contents of your cart, you
will be asked to enter a shipping address
and select shipping options. Please note
that we do not ship to P.O.
Boxes.
Confirmation
of your order/shipment will be sent to you
by email. With UPS ground, your in-stock
items will arrive usually a maximum of
10-14 days. Foreign orders allow 3-4
weeks. Orders are processed M-F daily.
We
offer international shipping. Be sure to
include your name, email address, and
country. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will
be shipped Parcel Post, whenever
possible.
Sales
tax applies only to those customers
shipping their order within the state of
Tennessee. Currently, the sales tax in
Tennessee is 8.25%. The tax policy for our
system is subject to change without
notice.

no C.O.D. orders. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Amex, and Discover securely
online. You may also phone or fax your
order to 901-759-1543. We now accept
orders only via our Toll Free number at:
877-639-1543 M-F 9-6 CST.
Mail
Orders
We
will accept money orders and personal
checks via mail but please allow
additional processing time. Mail your
orders to: Custom Wholesale Embroidery,
7181 Autumn Forrest Dr. Memphis, TN 38125.
Make sure you include a shipping address
and a phone number. Keep in mind that
personal checks may take up to two weeks
to clear. Money orders are faster for us
to process. All payments must be in U.S.
funds.
Foreign
Orders
You
can order right from the web site. Just
select the order button secure ordering at
the bottom of any page and fill in the
info. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover
or American Express. If you want, you can
also mail your orders. International
shipping will require an additional
freight charge to your order. We will
notify you of the price before starting
your order. We ship to foreign countries
via Global Priority Mail, UPS, and Fed Ex.
All payments must be in U.S. funds.
